1. Regularly check the screws of each part of the packaging machine to avoid any looseness.

2. Pay attention to waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and rodent proof electrical components. The electrical control box and wiring terminals should be kept clean to prevent electrical faults.

3. When stopping the machine, the two heat sealing rollers should be in the open position to prevent damage to the packaging material.

4. Regularly lubricate the gear meshing points, oil injection holes of the seat bearing, and various moving parts of the packaging machine with engine oil. When adding lubricating oil, please be careful not to drip oil onto the drive belt to prevent slipping, loss of rotation, or belt aging and damage.
